Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Hardscape Installer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the installation. The ideal candidate will have experience in patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, open-grade installs, and other general hardscaping practices.

Duties:
- Assist with all aspects of hardscape installation
- Perform general construction duties such as excavation and using power tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with construction management to ensure project timelines are met
- Ability to interpret project design
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

• Qualifications:

- Knowledge of hardscape principles and practices
- Proficient in using power tools and other equipment related to the trade
- Familiarity with blueprints and construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time

We are currently looking for a few new individuals/subs to build a relationship with as we grow as a company. This job is on a project-by-project basis and a 1099 position. A full-time, year-round employment position is likely if expectations are met after a few projects with the Company.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
