Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Assist preparing the menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with chopping and cooking to assemble menu items
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials
- Upsell and promote additional menu items or specials to guests
- Collaborate with the culinary duties to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or related field is preferred
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
