Marketing & Graphic Design CoordinatorLocation: Camden, NJPOSITION SUMMARYWe are looking to fill an open position for a Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator for our energy technology company. The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator will have the responsibility to enhance and promote the Company’s visibility in the market — to customers, the public, the media, and internal stakeholders. The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator will develop ideas and create content, including graphics, for marketing campaigns, advertising, publications, social media, promotional items, and other visual medium. This position is part of the Marketing, Communications, and Government Affairs team and must maintain a highly interactive relationship with the Company executives and project Coordinator(s) to directly support day-to-day activities. This position will work closely with members of the communications and government affairs team to ensure that all messaging aligns with Company initiatives in all U.S. locations and countries. This position will manage the overall appearance of the Company through the company website, marketing collateral, advertising, social media, and serve as the key point of contact for the Company for these activities. The Marketing Communications & Graphic Design Coordinator will be expected to become thoroughly knowledgeable of our products and services to be able to positively represent the Company in written and visual form. The position will report to the Senior VP of Business Development & Communications and support the Company at large.POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop marketing strategies for advertising new and existing productsWrite, edit, and develop content for a variety of print and digital formats ensuring consistent core messaging and brand integrityCreate and design visually appealing graphics, including but not limited to, logos, brochures, posters, infographics, and website elements.Brainstorm fresh advertising ideas with senior managementDevelop and conduct all digital marketing effortsMaintain up to date the Corporate Presentation template, inclusive of updated information and graphicsWrite strategically and effectively for multiple audiences and mediums, including executive speeches and letters, video scripts, FAQs and other materials. Assist the President’s Executive Assistant with same.Maintain the company’s video and photo digital catalogDevelop and produce all marketing collateral, promotional materials, event booths, and company apparel Enforce brand integrity across all Company subsidiaries, divisions, and social media accountsPrepare (on an annual basis) and maintain the corporate marketing budgetCollaborate with other departments to identify and generate content for the Company's social media accountsPOSITION EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:0-5 years of marketing and social media experience, preferably in a technically oriented companyA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, English, marketing, communications, or related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFull working knowledge and capabilities in using Microsoft Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, etc.), WordPress, MailChimp, and Social Media Platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter), YouTube) is a mustKnowledge of message delivery options including print, social media, public relations and other digital formatsAbility to clearly present concepts, and execute project from start to finishCapability to use Cyberlink or equivalent is a plusA strong creative eye for detail and layout, while multitasking, maintaining quick turnarounds, and ability to produce quality products is criticalTime management skills with ability to multi-task and thrive in a team environment under tight deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude are a mustAbility to take direction, follow up, and follow through with projectsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work independently and with other teamsEnergy and/or Nuclear Industry experience is a plusU.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident Status preferredMust be able to travel to industry events (>25% travel)Salary Commensurate with Experience.
