Job Summary: This position demonstrates the ability to perform basic inspections, basic diagnoses, and basic repairs of heavy equipment and/or related equipment or components, following established procedures and guidelines. Works as a member of a
team to provide basic mechanical services that satisfy customer needs and achieve departmental goals.
Entry-level position – Generally has less than two years of experience and/or demonstrated job-relevant knowledge/skills. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job; works under immediate supervision.
