Holoholo drive thru espresso is hiring for a full-time or Part-time Customer Service Associate / Cashier. This position is responsible for providing a superior customer experience in a fast paced environment.

Candidates must have knowledge of crafting premium espresso drinks, pouring espresso shots, how to operate an espresso machine, while being friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic.

We are looking for individuals who are interested in helping others and making a difference in the lives of those they come in contact with.

Starting at $12 an hour plus tips

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have knowledge of coffee drinks
• Must be able to work weekends/weekdays and some holidays (Sat & Sun)
• Must be able to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more)
• Kailua, HI work authorization is required for this position if selected.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and answering questions about our products and services
• Answering high-volume customer questions about our products and services
• Taking payments via credit cards and cash

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 24 per week

• Guest services: 2 years (Required)
• Barista experience: 2 years (Required)
