What to expect:
- Coordinates various Quality efforts and provides administrative support to the Quality Assurance Department.
- Facilitates the following quality assurance functions: Corrective & Preventive Action Program, Final Inspection, Device History Records and Nonconforming Material Events
What we expect:
- Generates certificates of conformance (CofC), as required, for any Hologic product prior to shipping
- Manages the sites’ documentation system (DHR record maintenance and availability, etc.) Includes the management of all off-site storage requirements
- Performs daily reviews of device history records and electronically scans and saves them to the appropriate local network drives
- Manages the sites open Quality Plans (QPL) and updates them on a quarterly basis in the Agile PLM system until closure of the plans
- Documents and facilitates the sites monthly CAPA review and quarterly CAPA review board meetings
- Participates in internal and external quality audits
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Associates Degree in Business Administration or relative job experience working in a certified medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
The annualized base salary range for this hourly role is $58,000 - $86,900 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
