Sr. Program Manager, Global Supply Chain COE

Program Leader with a proven track record of independently, passionately, and effectively driving the initiation, execution, and completion of Supply Chain, RA, and QA initiatives across a multi-divisional enterprise. The Senior Manager will have corporate-level oversight of large, complex, and technically challenging programs such as the implementation of advanced supply chain planning systems, manufacturing transfers, optimization of distribution networks, etc.

What To Expect:

• Act as an independent leader overseeing Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Quality projects within corporate-level programs.
• Establish project objectives and work plans including schedule, budgets, and resource requirements. Delegate assignments to functional area team members and track key project activities to successful completion. 
• Drive for program success while ensuring consistency and alignment across projects by innovatively overcoming constraints and issues.
• Develop strong partnerships and support productive cross-functional collaboration to optimize team effectiveness, while delivering operational results across a global, multi-divisional enterprise. 
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure that stakeholder focused requirements and governance are at the center of the decision-making process.
• Plan and execute effective change management strategies to ensure global adoption of initiatives and long-term project success.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks. 
• Facilitate internal and external information flow between team, senior management, and corporate client(s). Report project status to functional and divisional leadership.
• Provide training and support to divisional program management organizations and extended teams as needed.
• Provide input into corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, people, and tools.
• Maintain and update project budget and P&L.

What We Expect:

• BS Degree in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, or Operations Management required
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Program Management leading operational change initiatives
• 5 or more years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in the medical device or similar industry
• Demonstrated cross-functional team leadership managing diverse projects such as operational process improvements, supply chain planning initiatives, manufacturing/distribution optimizations, IT system and master data implementations, etc.
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives across a matrixed organization

Preferred:

• MS, M.B.A or equivalent degree preferred
• PMP Certification highly desirable

Skills Desired: 

• Advanced knowledge of Project Management/Leadership 
• Advanced knowledge of operational supply chain planning best practices (e.g. manufacturing, procurement and distribution planning) and supporting IT systems.
• Familiarity with GMP and Design Control procedures
• Experience with ISO and FDA quality systems regulations, manufacturing/distribution of medical devices (or equivalent), and systems and data standards required for global trade compliance
• Expert in management of project risks
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively build relationships across functions

The annualized base salary range for this role is $118,000 to $198,200 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
