Holmes Dental, PC is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Fort Collins, CO

We are looking for a Full-time Dental Assistant to complete our office team! Open Mon-Thurs., we are a state of the art, modern, family owned, private practice dental office in Central Fort Collins. We deliver high quality dentistry in a caring, comfortable environment. Our office is equipped with Cerec, Pano/CBCT, Itero scanner, and we provide all aspects of dentistry, including Clear Aligners, composites, crown/bridge, implants, and occasional denture/partial, RCT, and EXT with some surgical procedures. Facial esthetics procedures are done as well.

We are looking for an experienced (minimum 1 year as chairside asst.) dental assistant who likes working in a fast paced environment and has a willingness to learn and be trained to work with our dentists and practice philosophy. The right candidate would be a team player with a cheerful personality and compassion for our patients.

Necessary attributes should include, although for the right person, some of these can be done with training in office:
-up to date knowledge on disinfection and sterilization protocols
-ability to learn new procedures quickly
-x-ray license, experience with digital software and practice mgmt software (Open Dental preferred)
-4 handed chairside assisting with the dentist
-experience with Primescan, CEREC milling, clear aligner treatment and digital dentistry
-ability to "read" and stay on top of the schedule, and thinking ahead to be prepared for what happening next

-1 year minimum dental assisting experience, preferably in a general dental office setting

-friendly, compassionate attitude with desire to work in a close-knit team where we all help each other as needed
