Pines BMW is currently looking for a Lease Return Specialist to join their Pre-Owned Sales team!

What will you do?

Our Lease Return Specialist is responsible for using a consultative, customer-focused approach to assist customers with their lease return process performing the following duties :

• Greets customer on the sales floor
• Explain lease return process to customer to ensure that all components are clear and understood
• Visually inspect inventory and maintain knowledge of current inventory
• Completes all paperwork and arranges for return of vehicle
• Assist Pre-Owned Sales Manager with customer problems
• Attends / completes required training and department meetings
