Position: Lead Material Handler
Compensation: $23.50/hr
Location: Sumner, WA
Shift: 2nd Shift
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, the shift starts at 11:00 am and is 8 hours per day, with mandatory overtime as needed to complete the workload.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience for Warehouse Forklift Operators - Material Handlers

• 1 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus
• Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain high expectations for self and others, demonstrating a dedication to the achievement of results
• Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization
• Key competencies such as critical thinking, problem-solving skills, planning, and organizational skills
• Valid drivers license required
• High School diploma or equivalent
