WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Assists in hiring and training, and responsible for motivating staff on assigned shift to ensure employees receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established objectives.
• Counts and verifies all drop boxes, VLT Bill Validator, and Food and Beverage drops.
• Prepares appropriate paperwork and makes necessary computer entries.
• Responsible for collecting VLT drop and bill validator drop.
• Performs VLT weighing and coin wrapping process.
• Transports wrapped and counted coin to vault.
• Prepares booth and main bank buys.
• Test all scales at booth and in the hard count room daily.
• Prepares the monthly drop schedule submitted to the Gaming Control Board and work with relative areas to define drop routes and subsequent changes
• Supervises work schedules and helps ensure adherence to the same for all count room members
• Helps ensure completion of scheduled tasks
• Helps ensures efficient use of currency counting equipment and ensure that daily maintenance requirements are completed
• Reports problems to Manager for recommendations and participate in improvement as appropriate
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
