- Apply skill in dealing individual games, providing prompt, accurate and courteous service in accordance with policies and procedures
- Handle customer transactions for "buy- ins,” "pay- offs" and markers
- Verify fills and credits to the game
- Notify Games Supervisor of any irregularities in the play and/or transactions during the shift
- Adhere to appropriate gaming regulations, policies and procedures
- Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures
- Other job-related duties as assigned

- Excellent communication skills; understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- Knowledge and ability to deal Dealer assigned game
- Ability to perform basic math
- Skill in providing customers with an exceptionally enjoyable experience while performing functions of the position
- High school education or equivalent required.
- Has completed acceptable training program resulting in proficiency in dealing at least one casino table game.
