Function:
The primary purpose of the CNA Instructor is to conduct training for individuals who are pursuing certification for a career as a nursing assistant (nurse aide). The CNA Instructor will provide training in accordance with the state guidelines under the leadership of the community's Director of Nursing.
Requirements:

• Must have a valid LPN/LVN/RN license within the state of employment
• Must have at least two years of nursing experience. At least one year of which must be within the provision of long term care facility services
• Must have completed a course in teaching adults, have experience in teaching adults, or supervising nurse aides
