Holly Ridge Center, a non-profit neurodevelopment agency in Bremerton, WA, is seeking an Accounting Specialist II. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our non-profit agency and support our team of compassionate and dedicated early intervention and supported employment providers.
Job Summary: Support our Accounting & Finance Department by processing Accounts Receivable and Cash Management in the agency's accounting software (currently MS Dynamics Great Plains), fulfilling agency purchasing requests, tracking inventory, and coordinating facilities maintenance and repair.
Education, Training, and/or Work Experience:• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two-year (AA) degree required
• Four-year Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in related field preferred
• Minimum three (3) years work experience in accounting or related field
Required Licenses or Certifications:• Valid Washington State driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of required personal liability insurance required.Full benefits package includes: 22 PTO days in 1st year 11 paid holidays I Medical = 95% company-paid | Dental, Vision, Group Life/ADD, STD and LTD = 100% company-paid. Optional = FSA, Voluntary Life, Legal, 401(k) after one year unlimited 25% match on employee contributions.
