We are looking for team members and are enthusiastic to learn new skills. Candidates must have previous experience submitting claims, working denials for multiple payers and contacting insurance companies/ payers or patients to gather needed information for the appeals process. It is a plus if candidates have experience with Massachusetts Health Billing

• 2 year(s): Previous experience working in a hospital or doctor's office as an Insurance Follow-up Representative

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• 1 year(s): Experience with Epic, Meditech, Eclinical

Education

• Bachelors or better
• High School or better
