We're looking for an Operations Manager with high standards and solid experience managing warehouse operations or 3PL. You will manage the purchasing, expediting, shipping, receiving, and warehousing functions and employees of this site. You'll partner with the Plant Manager to maintain operational excellence and a positive work environment. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Warehouse Operations Manager Create an ownership mentality. Ensure the team understands and is committed to following policies, and procedures and achieving desired performance.
