You will spearhead the development and execution of innovative pricing strategies, conducting comprehensive competitor analysis to inform and refine our pricing models. Your responsibilities will include overseeing testing programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting findings to senior management to influence strategic pricing decisions.

  • Lead Strategic Pricing Initiatives: Take charge of critical strategic pricing initiatives, overseeing their execution and driving results in complex and evolving market scenarios, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Competitor Pricing Analysis: Perform extensive competitor pricing analysis, meticulously evaluating market positioning, pricing structures, and trends to inform robust and agile competitive strategies and pricing decisions.
  • Optimize Pricing Models: Continuously refine and optimize pricing models to enhance profitability, leveraging insights from competitor analysis and market dynamics, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  • Oversee Testing Programs and Discounts Analysis: Direct testing programs and systematically monitor discounts and promotions, conducting comprehensive analysis to discern customer price sensitivity and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate and Present Findings: Collaborate effectively with leadership and multifunctional teams, presenting well-founded findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management, to shape informed pricing strategies.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field provides a strong foundational background.
  • Master's Degree Preferred: A master’s degree in a related field is highly desirable, enhancing your comprehensive understanding and proficiency in pricing strategies.
  • Proven Pricing Experience: Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 4 years in pricing, product management, or financial analysis roles within dynamic and competitive market landscapes.
  • Strategic Analysis Skills: Proficiency in strategic analysis methodologies, including competitor analysis, price elasticity, and market trend evaluation, essential for informed decision-making.
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and senior management to convey complex pricing strategies and recommendations effectively.
  • Analytical Proficiency: An adept analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data, drawing actionable insights, and translating them into effective pricing strategies to drive profitability.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with pricing software tools and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are required; experience with SQL, Python/R, or visualization tools (PowerBI…etc.) is advantageous.
  • Experience with Relevant Software Tools: Familiarity with relevant software tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or others is highly beneficial, as these tools will support your project management and process optimization efforts.
