To contribute to our firm’s growth and success, The Hollander Law Firm, a growing South Florida Personal Injury practice, is looking for an experienced bilingual legal intake specialist with a positive attitude who can provide administrative support to our team. Intake responsibilities will include:

· Fielding all potential new client phone calls, messages, emails, and chats.

· Send out fee agreement forms.

· Open new case in Case Management System (Filevine).

· Input all potential new client information into Lead Docket software.

· Open communication with paralegal and attorneys as needed.

· Requesting necessary medical records

Administrative responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding all phone calls and inquiries
  • Communication with office vendors and clients
  • Maintaining all files using an electronic and paper filing system
  • Maintaining a detailed firm calendar, scheduling depositions, mediations, etc.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Team-first mentality
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent unless more than 5 years of experience in a law office performing similar duties to those above.
  • 2 years’ experience in an administrative role and law office experience strongly preferred. (Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice experience is a PLUS!)
  • Ability to independently multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize are a MUST.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Bilingual: well-developed communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to identify problems and find solutions.
  • Technology proficient is crucial to succeed in this role.
  • Proficient in using a case management system (Filevine/Lead Docket experience preferred.)
  • Microsoft, Adobe & Zoom proficient.

We are looking to partner with someone who will be loyal to our mission and values. We offer an excellent benefit package as well as a 401k plan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
