We are seeking a skilled Foreman/Supervisor for our client in Clarksville, TN. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, quality control, and supervising teams on industrial job sites.

Pay: $30-35/HR (based on experience)

Hours: Monday-Saturday (50-60 hrs/week)

Location: Clarksville, TN

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities on-site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Supervise and mentor team members to achieve project goals
- Monitor progress and report on project status to upper management
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications

Requirements:

- Proven experience in construction management and industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Ability to maintain quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle
