Holland Sharpe is looking to add an assistant plant manager to our current team! This person will be responsible for overseeing production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and other manufacturing related aspects.

ASSISTANT PLANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communication with Executive Team, management team, and production associates.
• Align facility with corporate strategic initiatives.
• Oversee policies, procedures, and process to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Prepare and maintain plant budgets; control and monitor cost to maintain budget goals.
• Develop and promote culture and a healthy working environment

ASSISTANT PLANT QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 Year degree in a related field or 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Manufacturing Background
• Assistant Plant Manager Experience
• Experience managing facilities with 75 employees
• Strong Leadership Qualities
• Effective communication with Executive Teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
