**Outside Sales Representative Knoxville, TN**

We are seeking a career oriented, self-starting professional for a Commercial Sales Representative position. As a sales rep, you will be selling commercial roofing systems and repair services to a variety of existing and potential clients throughout Louisville, KY and surrounding areas. Our ideal candidate will possess commercial sales experience (at least 3 to 5 years).

**Requirements/Responsibilities:**

* You will be implementing sales strategies to maximize the Companys sales.

* Demonstrated influencing and selling skills.

* Strong follow up and relationship building ability.

* Pleasant personality.

* Ability to work well in a professional office setting as well as visiting contractors on jobsites.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Excellent presentation, written and verbal skills, and organizational skills.

* Proven ability to sell at the executive level, build a sales organization, and manage to a budget.

* Must be able to assist customers in inspecting, measuring, and estimating roof projects.

* Must be able to climb ladders to access roofs.

* Valid driver's license and good driving record necessary.

* Successfully passing a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle records check is required.

* Limited travel may be required.

* Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

* Strong computer aptitude is desired.

* Knowledge of commercial roofing systems is a plus.
