Holland, City of (MI) is Hiring a Cemetery Grounds Maintenance Near Holland, MI
3. Mows and weed whips the grounds within the cemeteries.
4. Assist in seasonal clean-up.
5. Weeds flower beds.
6. Assists with burials if needed.
Other duties:1. Assist in graffiti removal.2. Empty trash and garbage cans.3. Pick up litter in the Downtown Corridors5. Perform other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications1. Must 18 or older and have a valid driver’s license.2. Can operate or learn to operate power equipment.
3. Physical ability to lift/push/transport equipment and materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
4. Ability to periodically kneel/bend/stoop to accommodate different working positions.Working Conditions1. Work includes outside working conditions with frequent exposure to sun, wind, rain, and extreme temperatures.2. Work includes exposure to fumes, dust, noise, moving objects, chemicals, and hazardous materials.3. Work includes proximity to environmental, electrical, and equipment hazards.
