Holland Center is now seeking a full-time HVAC / Maintenance Specialist. The successful candidate will have well-rounded experience with providing maintenance and/or HVAC services in a building. HVAC EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!

Responsibilities of Maintenance Specialist:

• Assist the maintenance staff in the development and use of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc.
• Assist with all all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems on campus.
• Coordinate maintenance services and activities with other related departments (i.e., Dietary, Nursing, Activities, etc.).
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Maintenance Specialist:

• One Year of Maintenance Experience
• HVAC Experience / Education is a must
• Knowledge of Fire and Life Safety
• Valid driver's license
