Reports to: IT Manager

Job Summary: Assists the Information Technology (IT) Department in a variety of functions, including team and independent projects associated with software installation and maintenance, hardware maintenance, data entry, programming, and web functions. This is an excellent internship opportunity to gain real world experience in the field of Information Technology.

Responsibilities:

• Assists the Information Technology (IT) Department in a variety of functions, including team and independent projects.
• Software installation and maintenance for both PC’s and various tech appliances.
• Hardware deployment and maintenance.
• Data entry and review of documentation and IT requests.
• Some minor programming possible.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Driver’s License.
• Over the age of eighteen. 
• Must have, or must arrange for, personal transportation necessary for reliable workplace attendance.
• Must be enrolled in, and remain enrolled in, an accredited high school or college program.
• Basic computer skills, including basic word processing and spreadsheet skills.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate positively and effectively with other organizational personnel and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams.
