Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Holistic Wellness Technician to join our team at Holistic Life Nutrition Spa. As a Holistic Wellness Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional wellness services to our clients, including hyperbaric chambers, IV infusion therapy, red-light therapy sauna, and red-light therapy treatments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wellness practices and be committed to delivering top-notch care and service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform hyperbaric chamber sessions for clients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the treatment.
Administer IV infusion therapy according to established protocols, including preparing IV solutions, monitoring patients during treatment, and addressing any concerns or complications.
Operate and maintain red light therapy sauna equipment, guiding clients through sessions and adjusting settings as needed for optimal results.
Conduct red light therapy treatments for skin rejuvenation, pain management, and other therapeutic purposes, following established procedures and protocols.
Educate clients on the benefits of each wellness service offered and provide recommendations based on their individual needs and goals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms and spa facilities, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
Keep accurate records of client treatments, including session details, progress notes, and any relevant health information.
Stay current on industry trends, research, and best practices related to wellness therapies, and incorporate new techniques or technologies into service offerings as appropriate.
Assist with client intake procedures, including completing health assessments, obtaining consent forms, and documenting medical history.
Collaborate with other spa staff members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients, providing support and assistance as needed.
Qualifications:
Certification or licensure as a wellness practitioner, massage therapist, nurse, or equivalent relevant field.
Previous experience working in a med spa or wellness center preferred.
Proficiency in performing hyperbaric chamber sessions, IV infusion therapy, and red-light therapy treatments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow protocols and procedures accurately.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spa and wellness services.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client appointments.
