We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Holistic Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our ageless wellness spa team. As a Holistic Functional Medicine NP, you will play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients using integrative approaches to address the root causes of illness and promote optimal wellness.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical history, lifestyle factors, environmental exposures, and genetic predispositions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests, imaging studies, and specialized functional medicine assessments.
