Holistic Care Home Health is looking for experienced RNs to join our growing team. We are looking for RNs to cover the following areas: Riverside, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Upland, San Bernardino and surrounding areas.

Holistic Care Home Health is looking for experienced RNs for start of care, follow up visits and discharges. Successful candidates must be skilled at thorough head -to-toe assessments, taking and recording vital signs, would care management, medication management etc. Prior home health experience preferred. Good communication skills are very important for this position. This position requires travel to patient homes with visits occurring in private residence and assisted livings. Easy to use EMR and lots of help and support to make you successful. Great team and great pay!

We are currently hiring all positions Full Time- Part Time- Per Diem for Monday-Friday and for weekend schedules. We offer competitive rates and flexible schedule days and times.
