Holistic Care Home Health is looking for compassionate, caring (and fully vaccinated against Covid-19) LVNs to visit our Home Health patients in Rialto, Fontana, San Bernardino and surrounding areas. Must have excellent communication skills and be organized. Experience (and certification) with Wound Care, G-Tube feeding and Care, Colostomy Care, Trache care, IV Hydration and Suprapubic Catheter Insertion and Care is required. Ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not mandatory. Prior home health or hospice experience is a plus. Excellent pay and benefits. Pay is per visit. Come join our great team.

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
