Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Breakfast Server. As a Host/Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our patrons. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. There is preparation required before breakfast starts, so you much arrive early in the morning.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive dining experience for all guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a full service restaurant
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with SilverWare POS system is a plus
- Hospitality mindset with a willingness to help others
