Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve drinks to patrons following standard recipes
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Bartender or similar role
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Bartending certification is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Understanding of beverage trends and mixology techniques
