Holiday Inn Riverton is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Riverton, WY
The Holiday Inn Riverton has an opening for a part-time Guest Services Agent. Responsibilities include checking in/out of guests. Maintenance of daily room roster, processing of inquiries for reservations, collection of payment for occupancy and services rendered. Completion of opening/closing documentation for accounting purposes, opening/closing of cash register, interface with housekeeping and maintenance personnel as necessary. Customer service experience. Days/evenings/weekends.
Benefits include a wage of $15.00 per hour, uniforms, hotel and restaurant discounts. Weekends and holidays required. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to learn our reservation software. Must be able to pass a background check. Apply through Indeed or stop by the hotel for an application or to drop off a resume.
