Position Summary:
The Sales Service Coordinator will support the Sales Managers and service sales of group rooms.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct intake for request for group rooms and catering events.
• Enter data into Sales CRM system
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to provide reports from the hotel reservation system
• Assist in preparation of proposals and contracts
• Manage small, recurring catering events
• Support Sales and other departments with marketing collateral
• Update websites and post social media content

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in sales environment, preferably hotel industry
• College degree preferred.
• Extremely detailed oriented and organized.
• Strong administrative skills, to include business writing, mathematics for basic accounting and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and skills.
• Exceptional detail in follow-through.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Must be available to work some weekends, evenings and holidays, as necessary.
