As Bartender you would be working with an emerging industry leader. Prominence Hospitality Group is an innovative hotel management company creating remarkable results for hotels in the United States. As a bartender, you will be our ambassador working directly with our guest to help them feel cared for and welcome. You will also be responsible for preparing alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and serve food in accordance with the quality and control standards as outlined in the Brand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Guide.

Job Requirements:

• Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks for guests and the service bar.

• Serve wine and other draught or bottled beer.

• Collect money for drinks and food served.

• Order and requisition liquors and supplies.

• Place bottled goods and glasses to make an attractive display.

• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.

• Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in bar area.

• Notify a manager immediately of any guest complaints.

• Use proper etiquette guidelines with guests.

• Practice and observe all safety rules and procedures.

• Assist all service personnel in any duties as requested. Informing management of overages and shortages of deliveries, prep pars and portion control issues contrary to policy or standards.

• Assist in public relations, marketing and promotions of the department as required (special event functions).

• Observing and participating in the master cleaning schedule and preparation lists as outlined by the SOP Guide.

• Expediting patrons’ special requests wherever possible.

• Provide assistance to hotel operations as requested.
