Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Candidate is responsible for providing an excellent breakfast experience for our guest. Must be friendly, have a bubbly personality, and be attentive to our guest, dependable, have attention to detail. You must be a morning person. Preparing precooked and cooked items, setting up the breakfast bar and maintaining the bar. Must enjoy engaging with the guest and be helpful to the guest. Flexibility is required. This consist of light housekeeping duties such as sweeping and mopping the floor and maintaining a clean and sanitized dining area.

Duties:
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with food, beverages, and supplies
- Greet guests and assist them with their breakfast selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations
- Clear tables and clean up spills promptly to ensure a neat and inviting dining atmosphere
- Monitor food levels and replenish as needed to ensure a continuous supply of fresh items
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as required
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries or concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic culinary skills are beneficial
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Knowledge of bussing techniques and proper phone etiquette is desired
