We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service and upholding the reputation of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Manage phone calls and reservations
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area

Skills:

- Experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations
- Proficiency in phone systems and etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous
- Knowledge of hotel management software is beneficial
