*THIS JOB POSTING IS FOR OUR MOREHEAD CITY LOCATION*

```Duties```
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Assist guests with check-out process and ensure accuracy of billing
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure timely room readiness
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls

-This job posting is specifically for 3p - 11p shift. Please keep this in mind.
- We are looking for outgoing personalities that are upbeat, personable, and conversational.

- Technologically savvy preferred. Front Desk is 90% virtually based.

- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capable of staying on your feet for up to 8 hours at a time.
