Essential Duties:

Oversees all operations, including but not limited to, rooms, food & beverage, sales, marketing, & maintenance. The General Manager develops strategy and execution tactics for the property including revenue generation, financial performance, growth and development, recruitment and staff development. Position requires effective leadership skills to build and reward a service culture. Responsible for the full implementation and consistency of Hawkeye Hotels’ standards and company expectations, brand standards, and industry rating for the property.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven ability to make profit.
Previous Hotel Management experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
