Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Bay City is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Bay, TX

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate billing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required

Skills:
- Excellent hospitality management skills
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred for effective communication with diverse guests
