Holiday Inn Express & Suites , in East Peoria , is currently adding a Front Desk Agent to our team! We are looking for individuals who are able to work full time, 3p-11pm shifts .
Who We Are :
Frontier Hospitality Group has been locally owned since 1950. We operate five hotels across four fantastic brands and our growth keeps climbing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provides high-quality customer service.
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
- Other duties as required with the department.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
