JOB SUMARYThe Hotel Manager in Training (M.I.T.) will become proficient in every aspect of Hotel operations including housekeeping, staffing, marketing, maintenance, guest experience and food services. This position will cross-train with the General Manager (GM) and Assistant GM to perform Hotel property duties in accordance with Town Pump and brand operational standards.
