General Summary
Housekeeping is what gives hotels the "Wow" factor. It's that moment when our guests walk into the hotel and are impressed, then enter their Guest Rooms and think "Wow, this looks wonderful.” The Housekeeping Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to deliver a great guest experience, by ensuring the hotel (public space and guest rooms) is spotless and prepared for guests on a regular basis.
Education/Experience
High school diploma or General Education Certificate is required. Additional studies in hospitality are encouraged, along with previous supervisory experience in Housekeeping.

HOUSEKEEPING INCENTIVE
We recognize that cleaning rooms is a labor intensive job. Especially during this
pandemic, both you and your family have made significant sacrifices to maintain employment with us and take care of our guests. As a token of our gratitude for your continuous dedication and loyalty during this uncertain economic time, the following incentive has been temporarily implemented.
Incentive: $1/more an hour for every hour worked. If an employee calls in, is a no call/no show, or leaves early without completing their workload and without a manager’s permission; the following consequences apply. If an employee brings in a doctor’s note for his/her self or to care for a dependent child and/or order to quarantine; the consequence will be waived.

Working Conditions
Public, business atmosphere, located within building in which temperatures may vary within reason of indoor climates. Must be able to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance. Must be able to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces. Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Must be able to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift. Must be able to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
