Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive housekeeper in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle customer complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management is required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness standards
