Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's computer system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with guest requests such as room service, transportation, or luggage handling
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures regarding guest privacy and security
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
