- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring optimal occupancy and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure timely room readiness and resolution of any issues
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests
- Operate phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to appropriate departments
- Assist with night audit duties as needed

- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and phone systems
- Ability to handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and efficiency
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications relevant to front desk operations
