SUMMARY:

Holiday Inn Cape Cod - Hyannis is seeking qualified individuals to join our food and beverage team. We are searching for candidates who will bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a positive attitude to the positions.

Now hiring experienced waitstaff, part time.

Excellent customer service skills required.

Experience with POS system preferred.

Shift: Days, Nights, Weekends (flexibility required -- schedule will vary)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Preparing food prior to service
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen after service
• Restocking inventory at all times
• Following safety rules at all times
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by providing high quality service in a friendly manner
• Providing excellent customer service throughout each shift
• Communicating effectively with other employees and management
• Maintaining a professional attitude at all times
• Performing all duties in a timely manner
• Doing all duties in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least one year in a customer service capacity or restaurant serving capacity required. Must be able to demonstrate high quality guest service through good listening skills. Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service by communicating effectively with other employees and management. Maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with others at all levels of organization or work environment. Must be able to demonstrate good listening skills at all levels of organization or work environment. Must be able to perform duties requiring standing, walking, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching overhead, handling equipment, etc., for extended periods of time such as those listed above for extended periods of time as well as other specific tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
