DUTIES:

• Contributes to the safety of and provides excellent service to guests in and around hotel/indoor pool (This is NOT a lifeguard position.)
• Maintains cleanliness of pool and surrounding areas; replenishes pool towels and equipment.
• Maintains constant communications with front desk manager and security using an issued two-way radio.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Have dependable transportation to/from work.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimal or no constant supervision.
• Ability to cordially interact with guests of all backgrounds/ages using good judgment/decision-making skills.
• Ability to maintain self and wear designated uniform in a clean, professional-like appearance/manner.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to work shift hours when scheduled.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Moderately physically demanding position (standing, frequent bending, reaching, walking, lifting, etc.)
• Frequent interaction with guests both leisure and business.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
