The Manager, Sales Support oversees a team of Telesales leaders within Humana's Care Delivery Organization. The Manager, Sales Support provides timely and effective leadership to assist with the acquisition and retention of prospects and patients. Cross departmental collaboration, consistent process improvement, maintaining an engaged culture and a focus on goal attainment are key skills for this role.

**Manager Responsibilities**

Ensuring program success and goal achievement across teams

Ownership of process improvement

New program / campaign management

Collaboration with Field Sales, Technology, Marketing, Data and Market teams

Supervisor coaching and development

Resource allocation to align with volume and campaigns

Developing consistent, accurate reporting

**Manager Capabilities**

Being able to flex between high level oversight and process detail

Ability to create, manage and disseminate reporting across platforms

Communication skills that engender confidence and trust across levels of leadership

Creates a culture of recognition, retention and goal attainment

Maximizes and manages efficient performance

Understanding of Value Based Care and how our multiple teams can influence business goals within that environment

**Required Qualifications**

Proven track record of successful team leadership and development of sales teams

Experience in a previous sales role; excellent sales demeanor

Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and diverse, cross-functional teams/organizations to develop appropriate requirements, scope and delivery timeframes, driving on-time execution

Possess a firm understanding of Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel

**Preferred Qualifications**

Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare policies, processes and procedures

Management experience in Population Health Management, Value-Based Healthcare or related field

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

**Pay Range**

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$93,000 - $128,000 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
