MELBOURNE, FL.
The Title Clerk supports the organization’s mission to provide superior quality, lasting value, and outstanding customer service through the day-to-day workflow processes that affect HB Title, Inc. The Title Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative and customer service support for HB Title, Inc., and the Closing/Processing Agents
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform clerical duties such as order entry, photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
- Assist with customer service issues as necessary, such as answering incoming calls and determining the correct party they need to speak with.
- Act as a liaison for Settlement/Closing Agent with other departments and customers (internal and external).
- May transport documents between HB Title and destinations, ensuring proper care of items handled during transport while meeting delivery deadlines.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/experience Requirements
High School Graduate or equivalent required
Customer Service experience preferred.
Previous data / order entry experience
Spanish speaking preferred.
Skills/Abilities
- Ability to always demonstrate and maintain strong customer service skills/focus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Possess ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent team member skills essential.
- Maintain attention to detail and follow through.
Physical Demands
Able to lift, push, or move 10 to 25 pounds without assistance.
Requires the ability to climb, stoop, kneel or crouch to gain access to equipment, files, and office supplies.
