Holiday Beach Companies in Panama City Beach, FL is looking to hire part-time Luxury Rentals Cleaners to produce a clean and pristine luxury rental home experience for our guests. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LUXURY RENTALS CLEANER

As a cleaner, you will be responsible for assigned rentals homes as a vital part of the team. Cleaners will ensure that all assigned homes meet and/or exceed appearance and cleanliness standards as set by Holiday Beach Companies. The goal is to enhance guest experience to ensure their overall satisfaction with their vacation home.

Job Requirement and Responsibilities Include:

• Clean all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Follow cleaner checklist
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Remove any open food items/beverages left by previous guests
• Check kitchens for dirty and damaged items
• Check all areas of home for left behind items
• Uphold and follow a pristine standard in our luxury rental homes
• Maintain a great working relationship with managers and coworkers
• Ensure assigned homes are cleaned and properly set for guest arrival
• Communicate with maintenance manager, owner liaison, and operations manager for house needs noted during cleans
• Communicate with guest liaison team, owner liaison and operations manager regarding guest issues

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LUXURY RENTALS CLEANER

• Must have a valid driver's license
• High school education or GED Equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Weekends are a MUST, especially during busy season (Mid March - September)
• Maintain a positive attitude and exude enthusiasm
• Attention to detail - quick to notice cleanliness

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to walk up multiple flights of stairs
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds - able to carry items from vehicle into the home and upstairs if needed.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A LUXURY RENTALS CLEANER

This position is part-time and would work 3-4 days per week Friday through Sunday.

Must be able to work weekends.
