Responsibilities Include:

• Discuss pet care with owners on a daily basis.
• Take care of all arrival and departure procedures for guests.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Work with customers during pick-up and drop-off.
• Have the ability to multitask and handle a high volume of phone calls in a fast-paced environment.

About the Company:

Holiday Barn has a rich history which began with Emerson and Kathy Hughes’ love for dogs and cats. Emerson, a Henrico County music teacher, and his family opened Holiday Barn Pet Resorts in Glen Allen, VA in 1972. A few years later, they opened a second Richmond, VA location near Midlothian.
